Our new **Tiger Star Legends** home challenge is ready!

Current Tiger parents can now download all six weekly missions from the **Dojo Expert message board**.

Each mission helps children practise an important positive behaviour at home:

⭐ Focus

⭐ Respect
⭐ Positive Attitude
⭐ Responsibility
⭐ Self-Control

Children collect seven stars during each weekly mission to defeat its Mischief Monster. Complete and return all six mission sheets during the week before graduation to earn a special **Tiger Star Legend certificate!** 🏆

Tiger Star Legends is another way we help our youngest students develop the discipline, confidence and positive habits that can support them at home, at school and throughout life.

Not yet part of Seven Star Martial Arts?

Our Tigers programme introduces children aged **4–6** to martial arts in a positive, structured and encouraging environment. Alongside learning karate, children develop focus, listening skills, respect, confidence and self-control.

🐯 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗜𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗦 – 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 & 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗦 🖍️

We’ve created a brand-new set of Seven Star Martial Arts colouring and learning sheets for our Tigers to enjoy at home. 🥋

As part of our Three Principles of Success, these sheets are designed to help reinforce what children are learning in class while also supporting good attitude, focus and positive behaviour at home.

The activities include Korean numbers, Tang Soo Do techniques and the Tigers belt progression, giving children a fun way to practise, remember and build confidence in what they are learning.

Colouring also gives them a constructive, screen-free activity that can help with focus, concentration, memory, hand control and attention to detail. 🎨

Parents can make it even more useful by asking simple questions such as:
“What number is this in Korean?”
“What belt comes next?”
“Can you show me this technique?”

Most importantly, keep it fun. A few minutes at a time is plenty. 👍

🥋 𝗥𝗲𝗱 & 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 🥋

Our Red and Black Belt class is designed to help advanced Neath and Sketty students sharpen their skills, deepen their understanding, and prepare for the next level.

⚠️ Please note: This class does not count towards the minimum lesson requirement for grading. However, regular attendance is expected for students who wish to be considered for their next test.

This is a valuable opportunity for students to refine technique, build confidence, and demonstrate the commitment required at this stage of their martial arts journey.

👊 Keep showing up, stay focused, and set the standard.

Congratulations to Our Newest Dan Grades! 🥋

Congratulations to Ana Arayal on achieving her 2nd Dan and Will Fraser on achieving his 1st Dan. These grades represent years of training, hard work and perseverance.

Parents deserve recognition too. They’ve not only provided the encouragement and the practical support, but they’ve also held them accountable to achieve their goals.

There are days when children don’t feel like training, doubt themselves, or even want to quit. Determined parents help them turn up, put the work in and achieve their potential.

Congratulations to you both on your amazing achievement. You’ve earned your grades, and everyone at Seven Star Martial Arts congratulatss you. 👏
