Student safety is always our priority, and this update helps ensure everyone understands what to do if a head injury or suspected concussion occurs, either in class or outside of class.

Our Red and Black Belt class is designed to help advanced Neath and Sketty students sharpen their skills, deepen their understanding, and prepare for the next level.

⚠️ Please note: This class does not count towards the minimum lesson requirement for grading. However, regular attendance is expected for students who wish to be considered for their next test.

This is a valuable opportunity for students to refine technique, build confidence, and demonstrate the commitment required at this stage of their martial arts journey.

A huge congratulations to our Seven Star Martial Arts Tournament Team for an outstanding display at the Fightwear Store UK Open last weekend.

Every student stepped onto the mats with courage, determination, discipline and team spirit. We are incredibly proud of the effort, attitude and performances shown by everyone who represented 7SMA.
