What a way to spend a Friday morning. Our latest Breakfast Serial, held at the stunning Hensol Castle, brought together some brilliant people for a conversation we won't forget in a hurry.

Our host Robert Lloyd Griffiths OBE was joined by Rebecca Edwards-Symmons, CEO of Team Wales, who gave us a fascinating look ahead to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow this summer. The pride, the preparation, the passion for Welsh sport - it was all there.

The sun was shining, the company was fantastic, and Hensol Castle provided the most beautiful setting we could have asked for. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a special morning. 🌞
