To sit in the audience and watch you step onto that stage, completely in your element, and shine under those arena lights was such a special moment. Seeing your confidence, energy and love of performing makes all the hard work so worthwhile. You were amazing! 🌟

A massive well done and thank you to our fabulous teacher Tara, who has worked so hard with the children throughout this experience, alongside the brilliant thebbexp team. We are incredibly lucky to have you 🫶

And finally, congratulations to every single performer, teacher, choreographer and member of the team involved in making this show happen. What you have managed to create in just ten days with these talented young performers is absolutely incredible. The energy, professionalism and sheer scale of the production was something very special to watch 🌟

At only 7 years old she auditioned for her place on the cast, spent a week in Manchester making new friends and building her confidence as well as her skills. What a fantastic experience and what a brave thing to do at such a young age 🙌

Founder and Principal of Aspire Academy of Dance 💖

Amy opened the doors to Aspire back in September 2021, with a huge love for dance and one simple dream, to create somewhere children could fall in love with dancing in the same way she had ❤️

A place where they could learn, grow in confidence, make friendships, feel supported and, most importantly, genuinely love coming to dance each week ☺️

As the children grew, so did Aspire. Their talent, determination and love for performing inspired Amy to introduce examinations and competitions in 2024, opening up even more opportunities for them to challenge themselves and experience just how much they were capable of 🤩

Since then, Aspire has maintained a 100% exam pass rate, become All England Dance Regional Finalists and proudly taken dancers all the way to the Dance World Cup Finals 🙌

Achievements that Amy could never have imagined when she first opened the academy, but behind every result, medal and performance, the part that means the most is watching the children themselves grow 🌟

As a mum of two young boys, Amy knows just how precious childhood is, and she feels incredibly lucky to play even a small part in so many children’s lives. Watching a nervous little dancer walk through the studio doors for the first time and then seeing them become a confident, determined young person is something she will never take for granted 🩵

Aspire has become so much more than the dance school Amy imagined creating in 2021. It has become a little family, filled with children she is endlessly proud of 💛

Nearly five years later, the reason behind it all is still exactly the same, a love of dance, a love of teaching, and a belief in every child who walks through our doors ✨
