✨ SKIN BARRIER MASTERCLASS ✨
📅 Join us on 27th July for an evening dedicated to all things skin barrier.
Are you confident in recognising a compromised skin barrier?
Do you know the right questions to ask during your consultation to uncover the root cause of your client’s skin concerns?
One of the most common mistakes I see in our industry is practitioners treating the visible concern without fully understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. In many cases, barrier-compromised skin is being dermaplaned, exfoliated, or treated aggressively, often making the condition worse rather than better.
This masterclass is designed to take you back to basics and strengthen your understanding of skin health from the ground up.
During this training, we’ll be diving into:
✨ The anatomy and function of the skin barrier
✨ How to recognise the signs of barrier impairment
✨ The consultation questions every skin professional should be asking
✨ Common treatment mistakes and how to avoid them
✨ Creating effective treatment plans for compromised skin
✨ Building client trust through education and evidence-based recommendations
This isn’t just another training course—it’s an opportunity to strengthen your knowledge, elevate your client experience, and grow your reputation as a skin professional.
The question is…
Where could your new expertise take you?

I’m here in the clinic, ready for a packed day of education.
This is something I’ve been working on for weeks, and I genuinely can’t wait to share it with everyone attending today. There’s been a lot of preparation behind the scenes, and seeing it all come together is so exciting.
Tonight, I’ll also be launching a brand new course for July that I’m incredibly excited about.
Keep your eyes peeled 👀 this is one you won’t want to miss.
Have a great day everyone! ✨

Do you want to become a nail tech or get into the beauty industry?
Because the reality is… it’s changed, and it’s not like it used to be. Especially back in my day ✌🏽
A lot of people are now searching for apprenticeships but in many places, you can be in an apprenticeship and still barely pick up a tool. So ask yourself… how are you actually meant to learn?
Be honest with yourself about what you really want then commit fully and throw yourself into it.
Don’t play it safe. Stop holding back.
I’ve had so many messages recently from girls saying they aren’t being taught properly, no BIAB, no e-file work, no gel extensions, no acrylics in some apprenticeships or college courses and this is what everyone wants right !
Think about that.
Our course isn’t a risk it’s a complete business plan into the beauty industry designed to help you thrive.
Look at the nail techs we’ve trained. They are now fully qualified, working, and earning real money in the industry.
Don’t play safe. Go all in.
Want to talk through your options? Drop me a DM to discuss.

This picture shows part of the forehead where I have started needling at 0.25mm using Code X.
The response I am looking for during treatment is controlled erythema, which presents as uniform redness across the treatment area due to increased superficial blood flow and inflammatory stimulation within the skin. Mild pinpoint bleeding can also be observed, indicating an appropriate level of epidermal stimulation and micro-channel creation.
Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-injuries within the skin, activating the body’s natural wound-healing cascade. This stimulates fibroblast activity, collagen synthesis, elastin production, and cellular turnover, while also enhancing transdermal absorption through temporary micro-channel formation.
The aim of needling is to stimulate skin regeneration and support structural remodelling within the dermal layers.
If you are interested in advancing your knowledge and training in advanced skin needling techniques, please get in touch for further information on upcoming training opportunities.

🧪 CLINICARE Chemical Peel Training
A question for practitioners…
If you’re training in chemical peels with someone who doesn’t run a successful skin clinic, doesn’t regularly perform these treatments, and doesn’t achieve real patient outcomes day after day…
❓ Why are they teaching you?
Chemical peels are about far more than applying an acid and following a protocol.
Do you understand:
✔️ Fitzpatrick skin types and treatment considerations
✔️ What acid strengths your insurance allows you to perform
✔️ How and when peels can be combined
✔️ When neutralisation is required
✔️ The differences between peel formulations and their indications
✔️ Contraindications, complications and how to manage them
✔️ How to select the right peel for the right skin concern
Acne-prone skin, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, ageing skin, and perioral dermatitis.
These conditions require knowledge, experience and clinical judgement—not just a certificate.
The real question is: have you been trained to a standard that gives you complete confidence when treating your clients?
✨ Why train with me?
I am an Authorised Trainer with 4T Medical and have been committed to this organisation and its education standards for years.
To become an educator and Authorised Trainer, I underwent rigorous assessments, clinical evaluation, and competency-based training to ensure I meet the highest standard of teaching and practice.
Our training manuals are considered gold standard within the industry, ensuring every learner gains a complete and in-depth understanding of chemical peel theory, protocols, and skin science.
I don’t just teach treatments—I actively work with these protocols in a successful, busy skin clinic, every single day.
No one leaves my training without fully understanding the differences between peel types, when to use them, how to adapt them, and how to apply them safely and effectively in real clinical practice.
Because when it comes to skin, “good enough” training simply isn’t good enough.
