ey need skilled and enthusiastic staff, staff that are engaged, full of ideas, know the job and understand how to offer the best level of support to those in their care. That means they need high quality training tailored to meet their individual needs. Azilo Training can supply personalised and bespoke training to meet the needs of the individual staff member, the staff team and the business. All Azilo Training candidates benefit from the allocation of a one to one assessor who will support them throughout their programme and will visit them at their workplace. Each candidate will be issued with a personal log in to our innovative e-learning platform meaning training is accessible, free reference materials and resources are available and there are additional opportunities for on-going professional development. Our assessors are skilled training professionals with relevant qualifications and significant experience in the early year’s field; this ensures our candidates are being trained to the highest standard. Candidates can work at their own pace we ensure all avenues of support are available providing the highest level of support from recruitment to qualification and on-going employment.
