Health in Mindv are offering mental healt wellbeing support for Ethnic minority communities in Edinburgh, both in-person and online:

- “Keep yourself well course” starting from 30th July

- “Anxiety Management course” starting from 17 September

- “Stress Management online course” from 7th September

They also have individual support available for 10 weekly sessions for people struggling with Mental health challenges.

Did you know that you can sign up to Sleepio, an app designed by sleep experts to help you understand why sleepless nights happen and how to reduce them? They offer a free 6-week programme used to treat insomnia and provided by the NHS. Find out more on the QMU Wellbeing web page:

Check out these courses from Health in Mind. They are open to Edinburgh residents aged 18+ who are looking for support with their wellbeing and mental health. There are a range of upcoming online and in person 4-week, 5-week, 6-week and 7-week long courses, all free of charge, including ‘Decider Skills’, ‘Emotional Regulation’, ‘Stress Management’, ‘Anxiety Management’ , ‘Wellbeing Toolkit’ and ‘Keep Yourself Well’ courses.



Please note that the courses are not suited for those who are accessing or in need of crisis support.



The service is not considered to be a pathways service to further support.



We encourage active participation so that people get the most out of their attendance. Therefore, our courses are suitable for people who can reflectively engage in a group learning environment
