🌎✨ In a world where you can be anything… be kind. 💛

Today we’re celebrating World Kindness Day! Our children will be taking part in a special assembly all about what it means to be kind and how we can show kindness every day. 💫

We’ll also be learning about this year’s Anti-Bullying Week theme — ‘Power for Good’ — which reminds us that we all have the power to make a positive difference and stand up for kindness. 💪💙

Let’s keep spreading smiles, respect, and kindness wherever we go! 🌼

🍁 Autumn fun at the school! The annual FOMS Pumpkin Patch was a huge success — thank you to Jilly and the FOMS for always making it such a special occasion for the children.

FOMS invite you to take part in ‘FUND RAISIN’ 🤗

Next week, your child will be coming home with a small box of raisins. The children can enjoy the raisins as a snack, and once the box is empty, we kindly ask that you send it back to school filled with any loose change you may have. Every coin counts and will go directly toward supporting activities and new resources for our school.

Please return boxes to class teachers by Friday 26th September.

⭐️ Every child that takes part will be entered into a prize draw to win a treat for their class ⭐️

We had the loveliest afternoon hosting a special tea for members of the Forget Me Not Dementia Club 💙🍰☕️
Our incredible Agents of Change stepped up to serve with smiles, kindness, and care — we’re so proud of them!
Huge thanks to Jodie for organising such a meaningful event, and to Charlotte and Mary in the kitchen for the delicious sandwiches. A real team effort and a beautiful afternoon shared. 💐

🌞 What a lovely (and very warm!) morning at the park for our Reception starters 2025 play date! It was so nice to meet the children and families — we’re already looking forward to welcoming you properly in September! 🌼👋 Thank you to the FOMS for organising!

What a performance! We couldn’t be prouder of John and everything he achieved in the Britain’s Got Talent semi-final. Although he didn’t make it through to the final, he gave it everything and left the stage with his head held high.

John has shown true courage, passion, and talent — and more importantly, he’s set an incredible example for the children. He’s shown them that with heart and hard work, it’s always worth chasing your dreams.

Well done, John — you’ve made us all so proud!

🌿 Wandering through the thatched-roof houses and smoky fire pits, it’s crazy to think this is how people lived centuries ago! No electricity, no phones — just nature, community, and survival skills. Our Year 4’s recent visit to left them wondering if they could have lived like an Anglo-Saxon! 🤔

Stepping back in time at the Tower of London! 🏰✨ Last week, our Year 2 students had an unforgettable trip exploring this historic landmark. They had the incredible opportunity to ask a real-life Beefeater their burning questions and even spotted the famous Tower ravens! 🦅 A fantastic day of learning, history, and adventure!
