This will be my last post on here to thank you all so much for your kind leaving gifts, I wanted to buy something special to keep, apparently I’m ‘tricky’ to buy for.😂
I’ve picked this twisted cloud olive and pot, it’s gorgeous and will grow in my garden , be nurtured and make me smile every day. A wonderful symbol of my life at Marvellous Miskin. I wish you all the very best for the future and thank you. Mrs.D. X

After a long 33 year career in education and 32 wonderful years spent at Miskin Primary as teacher, deputy and headteacher it is now time for me to say a fond farewell and thank you.
To the wonderful pupils past and present, who have always made me smile and laugh every day, I could not be prouder of you all!
Goodbye and thank you to a dedicated staff, who have always given their very best to support our pupils and created a school that is truly a family.
To our community, parents, governors and volunteers thank you for all your support, time and dedication, for bringing so many wonderful experiences and events for our children to enjoy and learn from.
As I leave, thank you for all the kind best wishes and beautiful gifts, I will treasure them all.
I wish you all the very best for the future from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

Congratulations to these Year 6 girls who have won the bronze Positive Achievement Award. This award is a big recognition of all the positive behaviours they have shown in their school life. Well done girls 🏆🏆

A huge congratulations to our two Year 6 pupils who both had 100% attendance for this term. Well done to the Year 6 pupils who had over 95% attendance for the term and our 6 Year 6 pupils who had over 95% attendance for the whole year. All the other year groups will have their attendance assembly in September. Well done Year 6 and keep up the high standard when you move to secondary school.
