Six week Yoga for beginners class starts in Ponsticill village hall Thurs 18th July until Thurs 22nd August 6:30 pm - 8pm £6 per class.
All abilities welcome.

Class cancelled due to poor weather conditions...best to stay safe and warm indoors. Last class next week weather permitting bring extra blankets though for a cosy relaxation.😊
