✨ A little Starca HQ update… ✨
Hello everyone!
I’m officially back from my holidays, feeling refreshed, recharged and (almost!) ready to get back to the design desk.
But before I dive headfirst into wedding stationery, I wanted to give you all a little heads-up about some changes happening at Starca HQ.
As many of my lovely long-term clients will know, for what feels like FOREVER, I’ve been absolutely flat out with the business. Late nights, early mornings and plenty of hours spent in my office at the wee small hours.
And honestly, I am SO incredibly grateful.
Grateful to be busy.
Grateful for every couple who has trusted me with such an important part of their big day. And for those who trusted me with other special occasions.
Grateful that Starca has grown into what it is today.
…and here comes the BUT! 😂
I’ve decided it’s time to take my foot off the accelerator just a little.
My hubby is now working a shorter week, and I’ll be joining him by moving to a 4-day working week too.
After hitting the big 5-0, I think it might finally be time to stop and smell the roses a little… rather than designing wedding stationery at midnight while wondering what day it actually is!
So, what does this mean for Starca Designs?
Well… I’ll be taking on slightly fewer weddings, which means there will be fewer spaces available for fully bespoke design work.
But don’t panic!
I’ll still have some of my staple designs available with shorter dispatch times, and I’ll also be spending some time behind the scenes streamlining my designs and putting together some lovely product packages for DIY couples.
The main thing I want you to know is:
*If you’re thinking about booking, please try to get in touch early for your consultation.
With fewer wedding slots available, I’d hate for anyone to miss out simply because I’m already fully booked.
And then there’s this…
My very, very long-term clients (I refuse to call you “old” clients! 😂)…
Over the past while, quite a few of you have been getting in touch asking if I would bring back my personalised cards.
I’ve honoured a few requests here and there, and I have to admit…
I REALLY missed doing them!
So, I’m happy to say that I’ll be taking a limited number of personalised card orders again.
It will be on a limited basis, but I’m really looking forward to bringing a little bit of that back to Starca HQ.
So there we have it…
Same Starca.
Same love for pretty paper and all things stationery.
Just a little less rushing around, a few more days enjoying life, and hopefully a lot more time to stop and smell those roses.

Now… holiday washing is calling, the kettle is going on, and then it’s time to get designing!
