We are Celebrating Earth Day today! Helping the next generation develop early awareness of caring for the environment around us. 🌎

We watched a short Earth day film and discussed pollution and recycling whilst doing our craft from recycled materials, helping them understand how their actions can impact the world around them.

We also explored everyday ways to help the planet, such as walking to nursery instead of using the car, hanging washing outside to dry instead of using a tumble dryer, making eco friendly choices. 🌬️ ☀️

We had great fun doing a litter-picking activity at the local park giving us a sense of responsibility, belonging to a community and taking pride in keeping our environment clean.

Overall, the experience supported their personal, social, and emotional development, while fostering curiosity and respect for nature in an age-appropriate way.

With a well earned play at the park to finish off our day! 💕

It was our Graduation and Class of 2025 celebration day today 💜

It gets harder over the years to close a chapter with special children and families who have become a big part of your life!

We say goodbye and good luck to 2 amazing little girls as the journey on to new adventures at school 🎒🏫

I already know they will not be strangers and we look forward to play days in the school holidays !

All the kids who attend my childcare setting are an absolute joy to have, we really make the best team along with our friends at muddy puddles childcare!
