It was amazing as always to get back to the truly brilliant Yodyut Muaythai Gym whilst I was in Koh Samui over the summer! It was equally fantastic to catch up with my great friends and resident über coaches Owen Yodyut and Kru Lom at the same time 🔥🔥

Here, they go through one way they like to develop their balance when throwing multiple kicks against aggressive opponents whilst fighting 🥊🔥🥋

Some more brilliance here from one of my many visits to the outstanding Left Hand Muay Thai in LA! It was amazing to get the opportunity to spend time with and film Muay Thai super talent Cookie Lokwichit alongside the always outstanding Greg Wootton during this particular trip 🔥🤯

Here, Cookie talks through and demonstrates a pad work drill going over a couple of ways to counter an aggressive opponent in Muay Thai!!

Whilst at the outstanding Lionheart Muay Thai Koh Samui recently, I had the absolute pleasure of spending time and filming once more with WBC Muay Thai world champion and BFast sponsored fighter Niall Mcgreevy 🔥🥋 I also got to see him make history on RWS Muay Thai as he became the first ever Irish fighter to win the Rajadamnern belt 🤯🔥🥊🥋

Earlier on this year I had the utmost pleasure of visiting the truly brilliant Suggy’s gym for the first time! The gym and Head coach Dean Sugden had been on my wish list to visit for many years 🔥🤯🥋🥊

Long established as one of the best Kickboxing (and now Boxing) gyms in the country, with outstanding talents such as Chad Sugden, Regis Sugden and Bailey Sugden having been forged here!!

Not long back, I had the huge pleasure of visiting the brand new facility for K-Star Legacy Muay Thai Gym in Birmingham for the first time 🤯 Head coach Damien Trainor has done a truly amazing job in making it one of the must-visit Muay Thai gyms in the UK 🔥🥋🥊🤯

Here, in this clip I stole during one of his classes, he goes over a training drill he likes to use with his fighters when coaching coming off the centreline against aggressive opponents 🔥🔥
