What a brilliant day on Saturday photographing the hugely talented CAST. in their production of Legally Blonde The Musical at Alnwick Playhouse! 🎭📸

I photographed both the 3pm and 7pm performances, and the images will soon be available to view and purchase through my online gallery.

To make it easier to find photos from each performance, the gallery will be split into four folders:

💖✨ IT’S SHOW DAY! GOOD LUCK, CAST. SENIORS! ✨💖

And just like that… here we are. 🥹

After months of rehearsals, countless hours of singing, dancing, acting, laughing, learning, polishing and perfecting, today our incredible CAST. Seniors take to the stage at Alnwick Playhouse in Legally Blonde The Musical. 💕

I honestly couldn’t be prouder of this wonderful group of young people.

I’ve watched them work hard, challenge themselves, support one another, grow in confidence and pour so much of themselves into this production. There have been long rehearsals, tired legs, belting notes, endless choreography, costume changes, props, set moves and approximately a million notes from me… 😂💖

And now it’s time to SHINE.

To every single member of our company — believe in yourselves. Trust the work we’ve done. Give it absolutely everything you’ve got. Sing your hearts out, dance bigger than ever, tell the story, look after one another and enjoy every second.

You have earned this moment. ✨

I’ll be at the back of that theatre, as always, willing you on, probably holding my breath, definitely shedding a tear or two and being your biggest and brightest cheerleader. 🥹

I cannot wait to watch every single one of you step into the light and show our audiences what you can do.

Be brave. Be bold. Be brilliant. And most importantly, have the BEST time. 💖

An incredible score, huge laughs and a whole lot of fun? Obviously! ✨

But underneath all of that, Legally Blonde has a message that we absolutely love . . .

At its heart, this is a story about believing in yourself when other people underestimate you. It’s about refusing to let someone else decide your worth. About discovering that you don’t have to change who you are to be taken seriously. About friendship, resilience, ambition and finding the confidence to walk into a room exactly as yourself — and know that you belong there. And perhaps most importantly, it reminds us that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of kindness.

We’ve watched our CAST. Seniors work incredibly hard on this production — challenging themselves as actors, singers and dancers, supporting one another and growing in confidence throughout the process.

Today we’re celebrating SEVEN YEARS of CAST. 💚

Seven years of singing, dancing, acting, performing and creating.

Seven years of shows, rehearsals, auditions, exams, trips, opportunities and adventures.

Seven years of friendships, laughter, happy tears, proud moments and memories that will last a lifetime.

What started as a dream has grown into the most incredible CAST. family, and I couldn’t be prouder of everything we have achieved together.

But CAST. has never just been about the performances.

It’s about the child who finally finds the confidence to step onto a stage.

The student who discovers what they’re capable of.

The friendships made in rehearsal rooms.

The families cheering from the audience.

The teachers who give so much of themselves.

And every single person who has walked through our doors and become part of our story.

To our amazing students — you are the reason we do what we do. ♥️

To our wonderful families — thank you for trusting us, supporting us, championing us and coming along for this crazy ride!

And to our incredible CAST. team, past and present — thank you for the passion, energy, creativity and love you pour into our students every single week.

We’ve packed an unbelievable amount into these first seven years… and somehow, it still feels like we’re only just getting started. 🥹
