Great performances from the team at last night, with topping it off with a win over an incredibly tough opponent in the main event.
spencer_mma earned a hard-fought decision against another strong opponent, while and stepped up at late notice and performed really well, coming up short but showing strong skill sets and the attitude.

Our mornings aren't just for the fighters!

We've got all-levels sessions at 9.45 Monday to Friday that are suitable from beginner to professional.

They include gi and no-gi grappling as well as striking.

10.45 is reserved for the advanced guys but that doesn't mean you can't get a good session in!

We had a busy open mat topped off with our white and blue belt tournaments, then some big promotions 🥋

Final session at the end of week 12 for our latest beginners MMA course guys last night. This lot have made huge strides 👊

Twelve weeks ago most of these lads had never thrown a punch. Last night they went full sparring and the improvement speaks for itself.

That's what a full term of consistent training looks like.

Top bunch who we hope to see in the gym for a long time to come!

Our next Beginners Course starts next Monday, 20th July, and this time it's grappling.
