We know it's a big week for some of our Rhythm Time graduates.

Children:
All the love and luck in the World as you start your new journeys. We will miss you in class but know you'll all have the most amazing time at your new schools. 🤗

Grown-ups:
Remember to take lots of pictures and try smile through the tears. Give them a big wave as they go into class then go enjoy a well deserved cup of tea.
And just remember.....there's nothing better than that big hug you'll get when you pick them back up again. 🤗

🌟😀🎵Dancing to music 🎵😀🌟

Our Rhythm Time classes are not just about instruments. We use a wide variety of activities to help with your little ones important early developments.🤩

One activity we like to use is dancing! 💃
It's such a great way of allowing you and your little one to have fun whilst moving and feeling that important beat (pulse) of the music. 🎵

Not only does it help with spatial awareness, balance and coordination it's a fantastic opportunity to have some special bonding time with your little one. This is why we involve dancing in every single lesson whether it's sat down, standing up or even holding your little one.🤗

So why not find a song or nursery rhyme you all like and have a good old boogie at home to it together (dancing is also a great mood booster so give it a go 😍)
