👋 Meet the Trainer - Ryan

If there's one thing Ryan doesn't believe in, it's training for the sake of ticking a box.

As a Health & Safety Trainer, he likes to keep things practical, straight forward and grounded in what actually happens on site. Expect real examples, plenty of conversation and training that makes sense when you're back on the job.

For Ryan, good training isn't about sitting quietly and nodding along - it's about getting involved, asking questions and understanding why things are done in a certain way.

And that leads nicely on to his number one piece of advice...

💡 Never assume. If you're not sure, ask.

Five seconds spent asking a question beats finding out the hard way that you've got something wrong.

Simple advice, but a pretty good rule to take onto any site 🙌

🚲 Day 6 of an incredible journey 🚲

One of our directors is cycling from Northern Italy to the North Cape in Norway over 16 days to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK
