Our freshly rebranded newsletter might have a different name than you're used to, but it’s still packed with all the news, dates, reminders and information you’re used to from us.

Issue 1 is out now, with everything you need ahead of our return to school on Wednesday 2nd September.

And don’t forget our Open House on Tuesday, 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Pop in, find new classrooms, say hello to staff and settle any of those back-to-school nerves before Wednesday morning.

We’re ready for another Castleway year. We can’t wait to have everyone back!

We’re incredibly proud to share the outcome of Castleway Day Care’s very first Ofsted inspection.

The report recognises the nurturing, inclusive and ambitious start our youngest children receive every day, celebrating the warm relationships, strong sense of belonging and commitment to giving every child the very best start in life.

From their very first steps with us, we’re building confident, happy learners who are ready to thrive as they continue their journey through the Castleway Family of Schools. Thank you to our fantastic Day Care team and the families who have placed their trust in us. This is a milestone we’re incredibly proud to celebrate.

Another haul ready for tomorrow thanks to Tesco’s scheme! And yes… even our shopping bags are on brand!

Haul number one for tomorrow’s Fruit & Veg pick up at Castleway thanks to Tesco’s scheme. There’ll be bags of fresh fruit and vegetables to collect from 1:00pm tomorrow at school. Remember this isn’t just Castleway families, our whole community are welcome!

Can you believe we’re already talking about coming back to school?

Before we officially reopen on Wednesday 2nd September, we’re opening our doors a day early for a relaxed ‘Open House’ on Tuesday 1st September from 3pm until 4pm.

Pop in whenever suits you during the hour, have a look at your child’s new classroom, say hello to their teacher and help them get their bearings before the first day back. Whether they’re starting in a brand new class or just like knowing where they’ll be hanging their coat, it’s a lovely chance to ease back into school life without the excitement of the first morning.

No need to book or let us know you’re coming. Just drop in if you’d like to. We know it won’t take away every first-day butterfly, but hopefully it’ll make Wednesday morning feel just that little bit more familiar.

We’ll see you soon, Castleway. We’ve missed you!

to join Miss McDonough and our new Belonging Advocate, Mrs. Waring, at school on Wednesday 5th August from 1:00pm to collect one of our Summer . We have FREE fruit and vegetable available to collect for our whole community - not just Castleway families. Please spread the word! As it’s us, we’ll probably end up having a gab and a catch up too!
