🤸♂️Let's get fit 💪🏻
We are starting off with two sessions
🧘🏼♀️Tuesday Afternoon 1pm
🤸♂️Thursday Morning 10am
💷 £6 per session - £10 if you want to attend the two sessions in one week
🧘🏼♀️We will start with a nice warm up leading into a full body workout circuit style with exercises that suit all abilities.
👧🏼No need to find childcare, our dedicated member of staff will be minding your children (in the same room) whilst you exercise with some appropriate toys and activities to keep them occupied for the hour.
💪🏻 This will be a proper workout so expect to get sweaty, bring some water and let's get fit together
