No Pens day has started well in FS2. The children are collaborating the complete jigsaw puzzles, making and describing aliens with some fantastic adjectives and discussing space facts as they build constellations. Lots of chatter and new vocabulary can be heard.

🚀 🪐 FS2 have been busy becoming astronauts and space explorers this week. The children have collected and washed ‘space rocks’, built a rocket and blasted off into space, designed their own space vehicles and written lots of amazing space facts. Creativity, curiosity and teamwork in abundance as our mini astronauts learn and play. 🪐 🚀

Year 1 have had the best time — we’ve had a picnic, enjoyed ice pops with a story, and visited the RNLI.
