The vision board workshop will help you get clear on exactly how you want to feel and this will enable you to decide exactly how you want your life to be 😊

The workshop includes your Lunar Manifesting Journal to enable you to focus on yourself, your feelings and your inner world so you can connect to all of the parts of yourself in a conscious and authentic way and take aligned action towards your vision.'

Join us for a joyful and playful children's yoga class at Sea Studio, Morecambe! Designed specifically for kids aged 5 to 11, our class is more than just a fun time – it's a journey of self-discovery and growth. 🌱
📅 Date: Saturday, 12th August ⏰ Time: 9.45 - 10.45 AM (Note the slightly earlier time!) 📍 Location: Sea Studio, 1 West Street, Morecambe, LA31RB Cost: £7 per child
