Levens Class did some amazing learning outside for their Maths today. We are learning about number lines so they drew their own number line, added the numbers and answered questions using their number lines to help them. We also had lots of fun playing the glockenspiels this afternoon in Music!

In Kent we have been exploring nature in our local area and experimenting with making our own art work, drawing on inspiration from artists such as Andy Goldsworthy.

We are collecting donations of tins or packets of food, which will be donated to those in our local community who may need some extra support. Any donations would be very gratefully received.

What an exciting few days we’ve had in Keer (Reception). We went for a walk round school and found an apple tree so in true Reception style we decided to make something with them! We picked, washed, peeled and chopped the apples before the wonderful Lesley helped us make a crumble. We then enjoyed it with a scoop of ice cream, it was very very yummy.
