At The Bath Morecambe, we're proud to be a small, independent, family-owned business at the heart of our community. Home to The Bath Tap craft bar and The Bath Rooms accommodation, we're passionate about creating local opportunities, supporting Morecambe, and helping our town continue to grow.

As our business has grown, so has the demand for administrative support. To help manage our increasing workload, Casey Knowles-O'Sullivan, Venue Manager, recruited Luca Stoves, Business Administration Apprentice. Bringing Luca into the team has allowed us to share the workload more effectively, giving management more time to focus on developing the business while ensuring the day-to-day administration runs smoothly.

Supporting local people has always been important to us, and offering an apprenticeship was the perfect way to invest in the next generation. Apprenticeships give young people the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications while building real workplace skills, confidence and experience in an increasingly competitive job market. We believe it's important to give local talent the chance to grow while contributing to the future of our community.

Luca has been an incredible addition to our team. From day one, he's brought enthusiasm, a positive attitude and fresh ideas that have helped improve the way we manage our administrative tasks. His willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities has made a genuine difference, improving efficiency and allowing the wider team to spend more time enhancing the experience we provide for our customers.

The apprenticeship incentive has also been a huge benefit to our business. As a small independent employer, every investment counts, and the support towards wages and training has enabled us to recruit and develop new talent in a sustainable way. It's given us the opportunity to strengthen our team while helping a young person build a rewarding career.

We're incredibly proud of everything Luca has achieved so far and look forward to seeing him continue to grow with us. Apprenticeships create lasting benefits for individuals, businesses and the wider community, and we're delighted to be part of that journey.
