3 years in business already!
It’s not always the easiest job in the world, there have been tears and tantrums (and not just from the kids! 🤪) but there has also been laughter, learning and love. Thank you to all the wonderful kids I look after who make me smile every day, and to their families who continue to support me.

August 2024 spaces!!!
My waiting list is now open for enquiries for full and half day childminding spaces starting this August.
Half day spaces (between 8am - 3pm) are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Full day spaces (8am - 5.30pm) are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Care, play and early learning opportunities for children aged 0-5years provided in a warm, friendly home from home environment. I am fully qualified, insured and registered with the care inspectorate and have over 15 years of experience working in early years.
Tax free childcare payments accepted. Please message for more details.

The schools may be back but that doesn’t mean things have been any quieter here at muddy boots! With our before/after school children returning, our term time little ones and some new babies starting it has been a very busy few weeks. Lots of play, smiles, learning and the usual messy fun, wouldn’t have it any other way 😊

With all the excitement and chaos of back to school yesterday I completely forgot to post this 🤦‍♀️
It has been 2 years since I started my childminding journey and welcomed the first, of many, children into my home to play, learn and explore. It has been 2 years of fun, laughter, learning, and mess 🤪 and I’m looking forward to many more years to come.

Week 6 and the weather got a little better so we had lots of fun outdoors, exploring some of the beautiful local outdoor spaces we have right on our doorstep. Still plenty of time too for more crafting and of course animal cuddles. Can’t believe it’s time for back to school next week!

Week 5 was another busy one, the weather was rather challenging at times but we still managed to get out and about as much as possible and there were plenty of arts, crafts and other activities to keep us busy too.

Well week 4 of the holidays was all play and no work 🎉
I had a lovely week off with my own little ones, making some wonderful memories 🥰

Week 3 done and it was another busy one. Despite the weather not being the best we still got outside as much as we could, there was lots of healthy meals and some tasty treat and baking too. And of course lots of time for animal cuddles 🥰

Week 2 has been another busy, fun filled one! Lots of outdoor play and learning in our local area and when it rained we embraced the mud and the puddles and had some good old fashioned fun.
This week the children have been enjoy choosing some food to cook and eat for our meals and snacks, helping look after our animals and doing some model making with our craft materials and a range of construction toys.

Wow! What a busy first week of the holidays we have had here at Muddy Boots Childminding lots of outdoor fun, messy play and animal cuddles. Here’s to another fun week ahead 😊
