🐴 PART-TIME RIDING INSTRUCTOR & YARD GROOM 🐴
Location: Redbrook Equestrian, Upper Monmouth (NP25)Hours: 20–25 hours per week (Includes weekend hours)
About Us:
Redbrook Equestrian is a progressive yard specialising in Rider Biomechanics and Equine Bodywork.
In addition to regular riding lessons, we host Connected Riding & TTouch clinics, workshops, groundwork, and rehabilitation. We are a happy, supportive team looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join us!
The Role:
This is an excellent, mixed 20–25 hour-a-week role combining teaching with general yard duties and horse care.
Teaching: Instructing adults and children in small groups (maximum of 4 riders). You will also help run our rallies, camps, and stable management classes.Yard Duties: General daily yard duties and horse handling.
Bonus: All of our horses live out 24/7, so there is no mucking out required!
What We Are Looking For:
Experience Over Qualifications: Formal BHS qualifications are not required, but you must have proven experience teaching and a passion for it.
A genuine love for horses, handling skills, and riding experience. A strong desire to learn. You must be motivated, enthusiastic, and bring a happy attitude to the yard.
