Dancercise Dancercise is held at Thistle Hill community hall 7-8pm Mondays & 7:30-8:30pm Wednesdays. £5 cash per class. TONE UP is a fun, hard working exercise class.

Join the party with our high energy Dancercise class where every move feels like a blast 💥 If your willing to push yourself to achieve your best then this is the class for you. You will loose weight, tone up, and feel comfortable in your own body again. You’re welcome to join at any time.
