APPRENTICE ACTIVITY INSTRUCTOR OPPORTUNITY | NORTH YORKSHIRE

Carlton Lodge Activity Centre in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, is looking for two enthusiastic people to join its team as Apprentice Activity Instructors.

Over the 13-month apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience working at a busy activity centre while working towards:

✅ Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Standard
✅ ITC Level 3 in Outdoor First Aid
✅ A range of Practical Skills Development Courses, NGB and First Aid training, Education, Training and Assessment courses and Learning Beyond the Classroom
✅ Functional Skills in Maths & English if required
✅ Valuable real-world experience as part of a supportive team

You'll learn to deliver high-quality activity sessions, work with young people and develop the skills needed to build a career in the outdoor sector.

📍 Carlton Lodge Activity Centre, Thirsk, North Yorkshire
⏰ 37.5 hours per week

Mount Batten Watersports & Activities Centre is looking for five enthusiastic, motivated people to join its Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship programme this October.

Based at the gateway to Plymouth Sound National Marine Park, you’ll train to instruct a wide range of water- and land-based activities. Once trained, you’ll lead adventurous experiences for schools, youth groups, families and individuals.

Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience and valuable qualifications, including the Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship Standard and Outdoor First Aid.
