🧩 **Vision Puzzle Piece of the Week: Collaborate**

Each week, we're breaking down one of the puzzle pieces that make up our vision, exploring what it means and how it shapes everything we do here at Enigma.

This week's focus is **Collaborate**.

For us, *Collaborate* means fostering and sustaining learning communities that work together to drive improvements in mathematics and learning. By sharing expertise, learning from one another, and building strong partnerships, we create opportunities for everyone to grow and succeed.

Together, we can achieve more than we ever could alone, strengthening outcomes for educators and the young people they support. 💙

These opportunities support teachers at every stage of their career to develop confidence, subject knowledge and classroom practice.

This week's focus is **Explore**.

For us, *Explore* means deepening our understanding of the principles of Quality First Teaching through evidence-based research. By staying curious, embracing new ideas, and learning from proven practice, we continue to strengthen teaching and learning across our schools.

Through exploration, we empower our educators with the knowledge and confidence to provide the very best learning experiences for every student.

Together, we're building a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 💙

✨ Throwback to our amazing **LLME Day 3**!

We had the pleasure of welcoming **Thomas Briggs**, who took us on a fascinating journey through the history of mathematics. 📚➕ His session encouraged us to ask some thought-provoking questions, including whether children might develop a richer understanding of maths when it's taught alongside the stories, people, and history behind the ideas.

It was a brilliant reminder that mathematics is so much more than equations—it's a human story of curiosity, creativity, and discovery. 💭✨

A huge thank you to Thomas for inspiring us to think differently about how we teach and learn mathematics!
