🥴 Now term has started, the holidays already feel like a distant memory.

🤥 That To Do list you were definitely going to finish? It's still growing.

⌛ You'd love more opportunities to share ideas, strategies and solutions with colleagues who understand the realities of the classroom.

If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

That's exactly why Maths Hubs CPD is designed around the needs of busy teachers. It's local, collaborative, fully funded and grounded in evidence of what works.

With more than 30 professional development opportunities available, there's something for every teacher looking to strengthen their practice, support their pupils and contribute to whole-school improvement.

Take a look at the 2026/27 catalogue and find the opportunity that's right for you.

Great discussions in our Maths Working Group as we explored coherence in multiplicative strategies. By making connections, deepening expertise, and sharing best practice, we're empowering colleagues and strengthening pupils' mathematical thinking. ➕✖️📚

A flashback to a session before half term - we revisited the 5 Big Ideas – Representation & Structure, Mathematical Thinking, and Coherence – alongside the 5 Catalysts of Change, with a particular focus on Subject Expertise.

A powerful reflection from one participant was that the session provided valuable time to consider how we can:
✨ Create more opportunities for children to reach beyond perceived ceiling limits.
🤝 Give children greater time and space to collaborate in their learning.

Reflective conversations like these help shape ambitious, inclusive, and engaging mathematics classrooms.
