🚀 Are you ready, peeps? Let’s get your rehab and recovery back into motion! 💪🧠

We’re excited to welcome you to RE:MOVE Neuro Recovery Hub from October onwards!

Whether you’re just starting your recovery journey or looking to build on the progress you’ve already made, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

📅 When? Every Tuesday and Wednesday throughout October, November and December, with four sessions each day!

📍 Where? Hazeltree Care Services, Milton Keynes.

🚗 Free parking – one less thing to worry about!

☕ Carers are welcome! Our on-site diner is available for carers to use free of charge, giving them a little time and space to relax, recharge and enjoy a well-deserved break.

🏋️ Equipment? Most of what you need is already provided, so there’s no need to invest in expensive rehab equipment.
And once we reach the new year, we’ll be looking to ramp things up even further!

Remember, recovery looks different for everyone. It’s not about how quickly you progress, but about showing up, supporting one another and celebrating every little win.

So, no excuses… apart from needing a well-deserved rest day, of course! 😉💪
