Menopause and You!
Menopause is something that used to get swept under the carpet and not talked about. People would refer to women dealing with hot flushes or bad memories as going through the ‘time of life’. Well, we’re glad to say that things are finally changing and menopause is now commonly talked about across society, in the news, and social media. In fact work places are now starting to implement menopause policies to ensure women are not excluded from the workplace due to their symptoms.

If you are affected by the changes and symptoms brought on by peri-menopause and menopause then why not join this free short course to find support, advice and conversation with others. As well as identifying and talking about menopausal issues we will be mindful of creating a supportive and more positive outlook on managing this period of a woman’s natural life cycle.
