Ju‑Jitsu is not just a physical martial art — it’s a journey that rebuilds confidence from the inside out.
When a particlar child x first come to our class she barely spoke and stayed close to her mum and did not join in.
Eventually she joined in with the games.
2nd week her friend was attending and they both trained together we gave her simple goals, and lots of encouragement.
The moment she found she could do the drills her whole face lit up
Now she walks into class with her head high and can’t wait to train with any student on the mat.
Confidence isn’t something you’re born with.
It’s something you build.And it starts the moment you step on the mat.
Our children and adults class is on a Tuesday from 7pm-7.45pm at the Trinity Centre on fishermead hall 1 ask for Tracy
