FREE Chair Aerobics & Specialist Mobility Session each week for the over 65s!

This specialist exercise session is designed for older adults, and anyone managing common health conditions, obesity, lower fitness levels, limited mobility, or recovering from injury or hip, knee, or shoulder surgery. Whatever your starting point, there's a place for you here. 😊

The sessions are all about empowering you to reduce your risk of falls, build strength, improve mobility and balance, and boost independence — while having fun and connecting with others along the way. 🌟
