What an AMAZING first day our Countess Way Year 6's have had on residential! 🏕️✨

The rain certainly hasn’t dampened our spirits! Everyone has tackled their first few activities with resilience, teamwork and determination 💪👏

After working together to make their beds and getting ready for their first room inspection, it’s now time to relax and enjoy one of the best parts of residential… the campfire! 🔥🍡

We’re toasting marshmallows, sharing laughs and making memories that we’re sure our Year 6s will remember for a long time! ❤️

What a fantastic first day — and we’ve still got plenty more adventure to come! 🌟🏕️

Ancient Greek Day Ignite - Year 4

We have had such a lovely day on both sites celebrating all things Ancient Greek! The children looked fantastic in their Ancient Greek costumes and really got into the spirit of the day.

We brought Greek myths to life through role play, designed our own Greek vases that told a story, just like the Ancient Greeks, and learnt about the Greek alphabet by cracking a secret code.

We also tasted some Greek foods, including olives, feta cheese and pitta bread. We think some of your children may be requesting olives on the next food shop!

A brilliant day filled with high learning zones, teamwork, creativity and bravery. We finished with a taster of Disney's Hercules, a calming end to a fantastic day!

We hope you enjoy seeing some photos of what we got up to!
