Jack is leading the fun at Monkston Primary School this summer. Most of you know him, but hereβs a little more about Jack.
How long have you worked for premier education?
Coming up to five years after Christmas.
What are your main responsibilities?
My main responsibilities are making sure everyone has fun, is safe and making sure the children go home with a smile on their face wanting to come back.
What's your favourite part of being a Camp Manager?
My favourite part is welcoming all the new and returning children to Monkston holiday camp. I believe that is the most important part as the children will get to know you and know they will have the best time! Also, making sure my staff and the children are having fun and being safe is a top priority!
What do you like doing when youβre not at work?
I love to play golf, although Iβm not very good at it!
I love travelling the world to watch football and like to socialise with my friends and family.
Jack is highly regarded by the entire Premier team, as well as the children and parents he works with. His professional and caring approach ensures every child feels safe, supported, and well looked after, while his infectious energy and enthusiasm guarantee there's never a dull moment at camp.
Jack has a fantastic ability to balance fun with responsibility, helping create an environment where children can thrive, make memories, and enjoy every day to the fullest.

π You may have already spotted Nikki's friendly face at camp drop-off, but here's a chance to get to know the person leading the summer fun at Russell Street School and Bushfield School! βοΈ
How long have you worked at Premier Education?
I've been part of the Premier team for around four years.
What are your main responsibilities?
Making sure every child is safe, happy, and well cared for from the moment they arrive at camp.
I love giving children the opportunity to try new activities and encouraging them when they need a little extra confidence. Watching them overcome challenges and achieve something they didn't think was possible is really rewarding.
Building positive relationships with both children and parents is also a big part of my role, helping families feel confident that their children are in safe hands.
What's your favourite part of your job as Camp Manager?
I really enjoy seeing children surprise themselves by taking part in activities they think they canβt do. It's amazing to watch their confidence grow with encouragement from the Premier team and their new friends.
I also love seeing children from different schools come together, make new friendships, and support one another.
Watching the older children help and encourage the younger ones creates such a positive atmosphere. Some children meet at camp and become great friends, and seeing their excitement when they're reunited at the next camp is something really special!
What do you like doing when you're not working?
I'm a huge book lover! π Every year I set myself the challenge of reading as many books as possible, so it's no surprise that book shopping is one of my favourite things to do. I also love spending quality time with my goddaughter, niece, and nephewβ¦as well as popping into Costa for a cheeky coffee too!β
