I am a woman committed to a life in Truth and applying Radical Love to all angles of existence. Originally from a background of silent meditation and yoga, and having studied and travelled far and wide, I now focus on birthing Truth through the journey of Human Wholeness and communing the personal and transpersonal as an embodiment of Love on Ground. This process has developed a deep ingrained understating of the nature of existence and non-existence. And within this a capacity to witness, feel, and empty out the many layers of identification that exist within the mind, strengthen and heal through the container of the body and nervous system and purify and expand the compassionate heart sphere so that Life/Love can amplify through these dimensions and give way for the delicacy of the soul to be born. During my earlier years of teaching, my focus was spent offering classical and modern styles of yoga, meditation from a variety of traditions, the Tibetan and Hindu Tantric lineages and leading yoga and silent retreats primarily in London, as well as Mexico and Europe. My personal awakening and maturation process has laid the ground for my current sharing on Sacred Intimacy, Conscious Relating. Awakening as Woman, Womb Healing, Embodiment and Shadow/Trauma work. AWAKENING AS WOMAN
In recent years I underwent a profound evolutionary process that gave me direct access to the intelligent and exiled nature of my own human suffering - the unforgotten dark nature of the divine feminine. I began to turn my eye deeply inwards and compassionately investigate the mysterious and forgotten realms of our unhealed humanity, mainly within the container and crucible of a conscious tantric relationship. CONSCIOUS RELATING
A deeply vulnerable, tender and delicate journey was initiated with my partner, bringing the light of consciousness and radical love directly into the dark corners of being. Together we became a rare, fragile, yet divine container for the birthing of the pure nature of Human Being, through compassionately confronting our deepest wounds. The deeper we stepped into our forgotten realms, the deeper the embodiment of love and compassion within ourselves and towards each other. The tender layers of separation were transformed within this commitment to love and we both experienced a profound healing of trauma and unconscious patterns that were inherent within us from childhood. During this time we were fully dedicated to the work of sacred intimacy. And by true Grace, along with an unwavering commitment to uncover every stone, we began to see the emergence of the possibility for man and woman to live in harmony on this planet, the birthing of the True Man and Woman and Love/God here on ground. My offerings stem from this life long investigation and my passion to share what this world truly longs for at this time; that we change the world from the inside out by honestly and courageously facing our own suffering and exiled nature of the human state. I am deeply grateful for the keys that have been generously exchanged through the teachings and transmissions of my beloved friend and teacher, Aisha Salem, who has been an endless source of inspiration.
:: ABOUT THE WORK ::
I primarily work with people who are journeying within the awakening process, turning their eye deeply towards the inner terrain and bringing awareness into the unconscious areas of being. We meet in a process of unravelling, undoing and surrender. With a strong willingness in place, we journey together into the invisible and disembodied parts of being that long to be seen and held in love. Here my purpose is to steer and guide another towards a deeper meeting with themselves, through the layers of resistance and identification, supporting them in reclaiming abandoned, undiscovered and unloved ground, thus activating a profound process of inner and outer transformation and awakening. I currently facilitate through the container of 1:1 Skype Meetings, Day Long Workshops and Retreats, sharing the keys and wisdom around womb healing, embodiment, sacred intimacy, conscious relating, healing past relationships, shadow/trauma work. I can whole heartedly say that both working one on one and in groups offers a profound joy and a variety of healing benefits. VULNERABILITY AT THE CORE
In sharing our truths with one another (whether in a group process or one on one), there is an indescribable intimacy and raw honesty that grows between us. THIS is the transformational agent that allows for an alchemical melting into safety, deep listening, presence, togetherness and open hearted appreciation. For me it feels utterly magical. And in fact the intimacy born from our own willingness to be stripped naked and stand vulnerable in our truth, is what allows a subtle yet profound, cellular exchange in a co-created space. Here there is a deeper intelligence at play whereby a transmutation and exchange of keys takes place between us, at a cellular level: Consciousness speaking to Consciousness, within these beautiful earthly bodies. EXPLORATION & UNFOLDING
The work is deeply ceremonial, offering a safe, tender and compassionate space for each soul’s intimate unfolding. This happens through the offer of practices and sharing, tenderly touching all aspects of life and dimensions of being. From grounding and relaxing the nervous system, exploring self-care practices, growing in passion alongside devotion, developing a stronger capacity to be with challenging emotions, working with typical relationship dynamics and exploring boundaries, and ultimately dropping deeply into the realm of core wounding, allowing layers to peel off and for deep healing to take place. Within this ceremonial container I offer the following as conduits for deepening in the work; Embodiment Practices, Ancient and Modern Day Rituals, Movement, Somatic Practice, Contemplative Self-Enquiry, Prayer, Meditation, Breath Work, Sounding, Gentle Touch and Conscious Communication/Sharing. EMBODIMENT
True embodiment is a mystical process that requires an absolute willingness to being here, on Earth, in your body, in full openness to embracing your direct experience. This includes the full spectrum of your mental, physical, emotional and energetical experience. Once this commitment is in place, an intelligent process of unravelling and descent of consciousness into form through the belly/womb/hara is initiated, as the arrival of sovereignty, and Love on ground.
