MK SENDIAS (formerly Parent Partnership) is a statutory service offering confidential and impartial information, advice and support. The service supports children, young people (0-25) with special educational needs and/or disabilities as well as their parents/carers. We offer IMPARTIAL and confidential information, advice and support on special educational needs/disability (SEND) issues including:

Carer Support Event - for unpaid carers and their families.

Wednesday 10 June, 11am – 1pm at the Simpson Day Centre, Simpson Road, Simpson, MK6 3AF

A free drop-in event by the Milton Keynes City Council will bring together local specialist organisations with residents who provide regular care for a friend or family member.

Light refreshments will be available throughout the event for all guests.

Groovy Gecko at Popworld Milton Keynes

Tuesday 02 June, 7pm until 9:30pm at the Popworld, 499 Lower 12th Street, MK9 3PY

Theme for this month is 'Prom Night'. Anyone who doesn't want to dress up as per theme is still welcome.

You don’t need to book your tickets in advance, just show up on the night and queue up to pay (cash only) for your tickets at the ticket desk.

Entry prices:
Members: £6
Non Members: £8
Carers: £3

You can make card payments for drinks.

Groovy Gecko is a club night for adults with disabilities. It is a great opportunity to meet some new people, make friends as well as celebrating with all your other friends. This event is only for adults age 18 and over. Please ensure you have photographic ID with you.
