✨ New Year’s Retreat in Copenhagen – Reflection ✨
Earlier this year, Helen Stephenson co-taught a New Year’s weekend retreat in Copenhagen with Christin Illeborg of Nordic Dharma.

The retreat explored The Integration of Practice — how meditation, mindful movement, and insight can be woven gently into everyday life. Through slow yoga, guided meditation, shared reflection, and periods of silence, participants experienced how these practices support steadiness, ease, and balance beyond formal practice.
A quiet, nourishing way to begin the year, held in a spirit of simplicity, care, and shared presence.
