As this week is aimed at raising awareness and promoting conversations around mental health, we would like to share a variety of valuable resources tailored specifically for families, parents, and children - or anyone who might need it!

It's so great to see our settings far and wide enjoying more time in their garden spaces, making use of some better weather for some outdoor learning and activities!

Spending time outdoors in the early years is now widely recognised as hugely beneficial for both children and their development. Being outside in the fresh air for around three hours each day supports both brain and body in a really natural way. 💜
