Another week on tour in Evian.
A lot of people think performance coaching is about finding answers. More often, it’s about helping players trust the answers they already have.
Elite golf is full of noise, expectations and uncertainty.
The goal is to create clarity.
Some days it’s discussing strategy, some days it’s reviewing practice priorities. Other days it’s simply being there to observe, listen and help a player stay focused on what matters.
Always grateful for the chance to walk alongside some incredible players as they chase their dreams 🙏🏻

There’s a big difference between working hard and working with clarity.
At this level, most players are already putting the hours in.
The real question is…
Is your work transferring when it matters most?
Are you getting the most out of your practice?
Are you making better decisions under pressure?
Are you building routines and systems that actually hold up in competition?
Having lived this life myself for over 20 years on tour, I understand the realities of elite performance — the pressure, the travel, the expectation, and the challenge of trying to access your best when it matters most.
That lived experience is exactly why I’m so passionate about helping players build a system that truly supports performance.
It’s about understanding —
how you prepare, how you compete, how you respond under pressure, and how consistently you can access your best level.
I’m now opening this up to a small number of Ladies European Tour players this season.
If you feel like there’s another level in your game that you’re not quite accessing yet -
Send me a DM and let’s have a conversation.
It’s not about the perfect swing.
It’s about finding a feel that performs on the course.
From lesson bay to first tee — fast. ⛳️
Today’s session was all about turning swing feedback into something playable under real conditions — quickly, clearly, and with confidence.

Private AimPoint Express day at Woburn with my clients 👊🏻
Green reading, start lines, speed control, and most importantly — building a system you can trust under pressure.
This is what separates good putters from great ones… not guesswork, but clarity.
Massive thank you to Jamie — Europe’s No.1 AimPoint instructor and an absolute star. The way he simplifies something that most golfers overcomplicate is world class.
Loved seeing everyone’s progress within the session 🫶🏻
More of this to come 👀

4 weeks in Australia 🇦🇺 with
Living the tour life, chasing improvement, and embracing every challenge along the way.
Wouldn’t have it any other way 👊🏻
Ditch the flat turn, add some shoulder tilt. A wall helped us shift the vibe… and directly impacted ball flight.
TOUR LOOKBACKS - THE TRUTH
“Am I proud of my career?”
This is the first in a series I’m going to do over the next few weeks, where I look at some of the questions we all face almost daily as we try to navigate reaching our potential as professional athletes. It can be messy, disorienting, frustrating.. but also thrilling. The honesty is usually saved for tournament winning interviews, when the reality is far more isolating than that.
I’ll try to be as honest as I can, looking back at my own career. If you’ve got any questions you want me to answer, let me know….
One of my favourite online lesson tools.
We’re using alignment sticks on the ground to give the player a visual map of where the hands and club should travel - not a position to force, but a direction to move through.
Combine that with good centre organisation, and the swing naturally finds a much more stable and controllable shape.
Less thought. More clarity. Better movement.
