Please check out my 12 year old student Finley absolutely nailing “Tom Sawyer” by RUSH. It’s great to see Neal Peart continuing to inspire young drummers and Finley has worked so hard to play this track with such precision. Well done Finley! 🥁🔥🔥🔥

I am so happy to announce that I am a member of the Dream Cymbals education collective - I have been playing Dream Cymbals for the last 6 months and I absolutely love them. I am using a combination of the Bliss Paper Thin, Energy and Eclipse ranges of cymbals. The mix of tones and dynamics make this setup extremely versatile and musical. They are a perfect pairing with my Elite range Premier drums.

Massive thanks to Dream Cymbals United Kingdom & Adam Gammage for the support in putting together my setup!

I would like to offer massive congratulations to my wonderful student Dusan, who has not only just won the title of Akeley Musician of the Year 2025 but has also been accepted as a percussionist for the National Youth Wind Orchestra!

Dusan has worked incredibly hard over the years to develop his musicianship and has the already built up an impressive resume:

* Played percussion with the MK music service since Sep 2016
* Joined county youth orchestra and youth wind orchestra sep 2019 and became principal percussionist soon after, toured to Belgium in 2023
* Regular percussionist for Olney Brass & MK Sinfonia, dep for various other groups.
* Competed in several competitions and festivals, including Music for Youth and National Brass Band Championships

Well done Dusan, your success has only just begun and I can't wait to see what you achieve next.

Check out Dusan's cracking performance of the Grade 8 Piece "Mind The Gaps" attached to this post🥁🔥🎉
