BEHOLD.... the reason why the large corporations & governments are THREATENING you to work from your office, eventhough we are HAPPIER working from home. Your well being is NOT important to them 🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️

For all the Anti-WFH propaganda, HSBC's decision to vacate it's 45 storey building at Canary Wharf in favour of small office(s) in London (saving it millions of £££), is a MASSIVE sign of where the future, especially that of WFH knowledge workers is heading.

Agile companies that leverage the undoubted cost advantages of WFH are the ones that will be best positioned to survive existential business shifts of the future.

Agile20Reflect - Agile for Good Governance in NIGERIA 🦅🇳🇬🌴🌤️🌻

I recently worked on a special project with 17 other Agilist in developing Values & Principles of good governance for NIGERIA....

I just want to say a big WELL DONE team, as this has been for me, both an exciting and humbling eye opening experience. One that destroyed once and for ALL the NEGATIVE stereotype that NAIJAS can't work together.

We have started a good thing here which will hopefully be an inspiration to other NAIJA Professionals of what can be accomplished when like minded individuals are focused and committed to creating value for their motherland.... (And have fun doing so too, sorry we couldn't do pizza 🍕 via zoom 😂).

Special thanks to Mercy George-Igbafe & Mary your energy and leadership is an inspiration to us all.

Thanks guys 🍾🥂❤️
