I wanted to take this opportunity to express my thanks and appreciation for Mr Hacker.
I had 2 carpal tunnel operations, for which I had been suffering an incredibly long time with.
From the initial consultations and appointments before the operation he was welcoming, and understanding and showed empathy towards what I was going through. He made everything clear and explained everything I needed to know and was happy to answer any questions.

On the day of the operation both times, Mr Hacker greeted me and made me feel at ease for the operation ahead.
He spoke to me about my life and put my mind in a good place when I was having the anaesthetic.
He even played Elvis music as part of our conversation about our favourite artists and what music we like. This was such a personal touch that really made me feel comfortable and that he really cared about my experience and me feeling calm.
He explained everything yet again perfectly clearly and my carpal tunnel operation was hugely successful both times.

After my operation, he made sure to speak to me thoroughly about the aftercare and checked in on me whilst I was still in the hospital.

He prepared the nurses to hand me over everything I needed and book my future appointments for the aftercare and there were absolutely no issues with recovery.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience and I’m very grateful for Mr Hackers' experience, knowledge and understanding of how to make a patient going through an operation feel at ease and have no worries.

I absolutely would recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing the same medical procedures, as I know have my freedom back, am pain-free and able to complete my daily tasks independently that for a long time, I couldn’t do and that’s with enormous thanks to Mr Hacker and the great team at the Saxon clinic.
