🏫 Official Registered Exam Centre for Trinity College London Hi, I’m Kyle — a professional guitar teacher based in Milton Keynes, offering personalised 1-to-1 guitar lessons for beginners and developing players of all ages. Whether you want to learn your favourite songs, improve technique, build confidence on the instrument, or follow a structured learning path, lessons are designed to help you progress at your own pace in a supportive environment. I teach from a dedicated studio in Newton Longville, Milton Keynes, and also offer online guitar lessons via Google Meet. Every student is given their own dedicated Google Drive learning folder, which includes:

• Chord charts
• Scales and technique guides
• Guitar posters and learning visuals
• Riff tablature and song resources
• Guitar and gear recommendations

Students also receive a personalised practice document which includes:

• A structured practice routine
• Useful learning links and videos
• Lesson notes
• Progress tracking (songs learned, chords mastered, techniques developed)

For students who enjoy structured goals, I am a Registered Exam Centre for Trinity College London. This allows students to record and submit their graded exams directly from the studio. I’m proud to say my students currently have a 100% pass rate in Trinity Rock & Pop exams. However, exams are completely optional and there is never any pressure to take them — many students simply enjoy learning songs and improving their playing. Alongside guitar lessons, I also offer:

• Guitar restringing and setup services
• Basic music production guidance
• Professional recording opportunities during lessons
• Digital learning resources and guides

🎸 Lipson OM/D acoustic in for a restring and setup.

The guitar was in need of a fresh set of strings, and the owner wanted the action lowered, so I gave it a thorough inspection. The bridge and nut were already beautifully cut, as you’d expect from a handcrafted instrument. The main issue was too much neck relief, so the neck needed carefully adjusting to reduce the relief.

After some careful truss rod adjustments and fitting a lighter set of D'Addario and Company strings, the action is now much lower and the guitar feels noticeably easier to play.

Such a beautiful instrument, and it sounds absolutely fantastic. You really can’t beat a beautifully handcrafted guitar! 🎸

🎸 Epiphone Les Paul in for a full restring and setup.

This one hadn’t had a string change in a good while and had developed quite a bit of fret buzz around the lower frets.

After checking it over, the neck was found to be almost completely flat. A careful truss rod adjustment brought the relief back where it needed to be, followed by an action adjustment and a fresh set of D’Addario 9–46 strings.

The fret buzz is now gone, the action is nice and low, and it’s playing smoothly and effortlessly across the neck.

A great example of how a proper setup can completely transform the way a guitar feels! 🎸

🎸 A brilliant afternoon at ! 🎸

A huge well done to all of my students who got up and performed at today’s open mic. It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, putting themselves out there, and sharing their playing with a live audience.

And a special mention to all of my students who came along to support, even if they didn’t perform themselves. It was brilliant seeing everyone cheering each other on and creating such a great atmosphere! 🙌

Performing can be a huge step, especially when you’re still building confidence, so I’m really proud of everyone who took part. Seeing students progress from learning songs in lessons to getting up and performing them live is one of the best parts of what I do! 🎸

Massive thanks to for hosting the open mic, and to for providing such a great venue.

Well done everyone! 👏🎸

🎸 Brand new Taylor in for a restring and setup.

The owner wanted something a little kinder on the fingers, so we swapped the strings down to a lighter 10–47 gauge D’Addario XS set and adjusted the setup to suit.

The difference is noticeable straight away — it now feels much more comfortable to play while still sounding fantastic.

A great new Taylor that’s now ready to be enjoyed! 🎶

🎸 This G&L Tribute ASAT Classic came in today for a last-minute restring and setup ahead of a gig tomorrow.

Fitted with a fresh set of D’Addario 10s before carrying out a full setup to make sure everything was playing comfortably and performing at its best. Just in time to hit the stage!

Best of luck with the gig, and enjoy the fresh setup! 🎶
