🎸 A brilliant afternoon at ! 🎸

A huge well done to all of my students who got up and performed at today’s open mic. It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, putting themselves out there, and sharing their playing with a live audience.

And a special mention to all of my students who came along to support, even if they didn’t perform themselves. It was brilliant seeing everyone cheering each other on and creating such a great atmosphere! 🙌

Performing can be a huge step, especially when you’re still building confidence, so I’m really proud of everyone who took part. Seeing students progress from learning songs in lessons to getting up and performing them live is one of the best parts of what I do! 🎸

🎸 Brand new Taylor in for a restring and setup.

The owner wanted something a little kinder on the fingers, so we swapped the strings down to a lighter 10–47 gauge D’Addario XS set and adjusted the setup to suit.

The difference is noticeable straight away — it now feels much more comfortable to play while still sounding fantastic.

A great new Taylor that’s now ready to be enjoyed! 🎶

🎸 This G&L Tribute ASAT Classic came in today for a last-minute restring and setup ahead of a gig tomorrow.

Fitted with a fresh set of D'Addario and Company 10's before carrying out a full setup to make sure everything was playing comfortably and performing at its best. Just in time to hit the stage!

This is a fantastic way to begin his exam journey. Leo has worked hard in lessons, developed great confidence, and made excellent progress along the way. A well-deserved result—keep up the brilliant work, Leo! 🎸

🎸 PRS CE24 in for a restring and full setup.

Fitted with a fresh set of D’Addario NYXL 9–46 strings before carrying out a full setup to get everything playing at its best. The neck is dialled in, the action is sitting nice and low, and it’s now playing effortlessly across the entire fretboard.

A stunning guitar that’s ready for many more hours of playing.

🎸 This Epiphone Les Paul came in for a restring and a bit of TLC.

A fresh set of D’Addario NYXL 9–46 strings was fitted, followed by a fretboard clean and oil to bring the fingerboard back to life. It now feels smooth to play, sounds fantastic, and that flame top looks every bit as good as it plays.

🎸 Taylor GS Mini in for a restring and some well-earned TLC.

Fresh strings fitted, the fretboard and bridge treated with a coat of oil, and everything cleaned up before getting it playing beautifully again. These little Taylors never fail to impress with just how much sound they produce for their size.

A fantastic little guitar that’s ready to be enjoyed all over again.
