⭐️ My new role ⭐️

It’s been SUCH a long time since I popped anything on here so l wanted to let you all know that we’re all super happy, healthy & really well… despite the sleep deprivation!!

I honestly can’t believe our little man is now over 6 weeks old… the days & weeks are disappearing so quickly but we are absolutely loving being parents & finding our way in our new roles as Mummy & Daddy. Bear is also being totally brilliant & is taking his role as big brother very seriously! I can tell that they will be thick as thieves & the best of friends as they grow up together 🫶🏼🐾

My brain is starting to get back on track again & I promise to reply to all of your lovely, kind WhatsApps, emails & texts asap!

⭐️ Maternity Leave ⭐️

I can’t believe just how quickly the last week of my pregnancy has come around! It’s been so lovely to have the last couple of weeks at home to nest, finish the Nursery, to calmly prepare & make sure we’re fully ready for little one’s arrival 🤍 Bear & the cats are 100% ready for the new addition to the pack!

I’m really looking forward to this last final week(-ish), depending on when little one decides to make their appearance!, to rest & go on lots of (now very short) dog walks with Bear 🐾 & enjoy the last few days of it just being James & l!

✨ THANK YOU ✨ all for being so lovely & for checking in to see how l am & how things are going - l promise to be in touch soon to let you know when our new addition is here!

⭐️ We’re Back From Tomorrow! ⭐️

Happy 2023! I hope you’ve had a brilliant break, a well deserved rest and enjoyed lots of lovely quality time with family & friends over the festive period ✨

It’s now time to get back to the mat & get moving, reconnected & working the bodies!!

🙌🏼 All classes start back from tomorrow 🙌🏼

Throughout each week offer private classes in various formats both online & in-person in your own home;
- 121s
- Duets
- Small Groups

We also run group classes from The Old School Village Hall in Abthorpe (NN12 8QT)
- Gentle-Medium Level: Tuesdays @ 12.30-1.25pm
- Medium-Inter Level: Thursdays @ 5.45-6.40pm

🗓️ All classes are scheduled as normal for the month of January.

Excited to see you all over the next few days / weeks depending on when you’ve booked your classes in.

Wow! The Club Pilates is 1 today! ✨🎉🎂🎁🎈🥂

Although I’ve been teaching and operating as a Pilates business for almost 10 years, l decided during the Pandemic that it was time for a refresh and rebrand to better reflect who I and my business are today since first starting out & l couldn’t be happier! It was during 2021 that l took the leap to pause on teaching Ballet full time & be fully dependant on my own in-person & virtual Pilates business & it’s been the best decision!

✨ HUGE THANKS ✨ to the brilliantly talented & lovely for helping me to take the leap, for all of the incredible design work, constant support and for creating TCP’s beautiful brand and website!

The Club Pilates has been born out of its lovely members who all have a shared enjoyment of movement, wellbeing and of course, Pilates! A BIG, HUGE THANK YOU to all of you for continuing to support me each week and for allowing me to continue doing what l love every day 🤍 for sure!

I couldn’t be prouder to call this my business and am looking forward to the next 10 years! 🥂
