From September, Benedict's Law means all school staff — not just first aiders — will need allergy awareness and emergency response training. Colleges, universities and day care settings carry the same duty of care, so it's just as relevant there. If you're trying to work out how to fit this in before term starts, I can help make it easy.
Two options, whichever works better for you: ✅ Online course — about 2 hours, staff can do it in their own time ✅ In-person at your premises — also about 2 hours, great for a training day

Did you know women are less likely to receive CPR because people worry about touching their chest?

Research shows that a third of men are concerned they might be accused of "inappropriate" touching when performing chest compressions on a woman in cardiac arrest. This hesitation can be life-threatening.

At Vital Signs First, we use the Practi-Man manikin with a female form to tackle this issue. This innovative training tool helps break down barriers, normalising CPR/AED techniques for women and improving survival rates.
