Jake is a high level MKDDL player who we have been working with since last season. This week we designed a session to increase his intensity with and without the ball. Lots of work on turns, releasing the ball and being ready to drive forward.

Great to be involved with Bedford Town yesterday at the One Tournament National Finals. Played some great football and held our own against some very good teams.
