3 years ago today I passed my inspection and officially became a childminder 😊 on the 30th November, my registration will come to an end, Cuddly Kiwi’s will close its doors for the final time, and I will be moving onto something new in the new year.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of my followers (I know I haven’t kept the page up to date 🙁) - for sending enquiries, for spreading the word, and helping my little business grow.
For some of you who signed up, I have had the best 3 years, welcoming your children into my home, and becoming ‘a part of the family’.
Who knows, I may be back one day, but for now, the time is right for me to move on 😭❤️

Apologies for not posting for a while (had a 26 mile charity walk to prepare for) but here’s a glimpse of what we’ve been up to the last couple of weeks. Spending lots of time outdoors, now the weather is getting better, and some days indoors, when it’s not been so good.

A busy couple of weeks leading up to the Easter holidays! Our usual free play, outdoor activities, and Easter arts and crafts thrown in 🐣

We had a new starter this week who enjoyed exploring his new surroundings, the treasure basket, walker and books.
As it was wet and cold this week, we went to see and feed some fish at the local garden centre, softplay, and story time at the library.

We also spent the day at the farm! The children were able to feed the animals and collect some eggs

What a gorgeous week last week! We made the most of the weather and took some spring walks, looking for flowers, ducks and swans. We also went to the woods, where we did some exploring and some painting 😊

A quiet couple of weeks since half term, due to covid and other illnesses 🙁 but we’ve managed a couple of days here and there - walks in the woods, tree climbing, playing Pooh sticks on the bridge, and exploring the small loose parts tray - using our imagination 😊
