This was designed specifically for undergraduates, the workshop explored practical approaches to:
🎯 Goal Setting – turning aspirations into clear, meaningful goals,Vision Boarding,Breaking limiting beliefs
📍 Positioning – understanding how to stand out and build a strong personal profile
🧭 Strategy – developing a purposeful roadmap towards career success
The workshop is part of IPCD’s commitment to creating meaningful professional development opportunities for young people, drawing on programmes developed through the Career Incubator and insights from Harshani’s book, Breaking In.
The positive feedback from the students was truly encouraging and a wonderful affirmation that the session was well received.
As an alumna of the Faculty, it was especially meaningful to return and contribute to the professional development of the next generation.
