We are very lucky to have another talented staff member who made some interactive story bags to support communication and language for our busy bees and preschool children.

Lucy hand painted the spoons, stones and made some wonderful resources for the staff and children.

We wanted to enhance our youngest children's communication with songs and rhymes and we are very lucky that Mari from our caterpillars group has her wonderful crochet business.

We asked Mari if she could make some wonderful bags for the children to engage in songs, so they could play a role and enjoy this aspect of communication.

We are so thrilled with what she came up with and the children will throughly enjoy these wonderful additions.

A beautiful day for Earth Day...
Beata thought of the most wonderful way to celebrate earth day by exploring the world around us. The children walked to the woods, saw beautiful blue bells, ladybirds, read about earth and painted beautiful images of what the children could see.

So much learning, enjoyment and wonderful conversations were had.

The morning was spent in the wondeful sunshine and nature 🌏 before heading back for lunch.

Taila, Andrew, Syeda, Nicola and Debbie in upper pre-school for everything you do from your wonderful activities and learning to supporting each other every day.

Our beautiful butterflies 🦋 came out and we got to take them to the garden today and saw them enjoy the outside and fly.

The children have thoroughly enjoyed the butterfly experience and have also spent time looking at life cycles.
Lots of wonderful learning and enjoyment to be had 🧡

✨️Staff member of the term January to March goes to Gemma Parsons⁩ ...

Gemma moved to preschool and has settled in so well and has got to know the routine, children and team.

Gemma is welcoming to all and works well with all staff members. Gemma helps cover in other areas when needed and always helps others.

Gemma has made some lovely tuff tray activities and knows how to manage her room and get everything completed.

Gemma has great attendance and we think she deserves a little recognition 👏

Emma works hard in the baby room, settling in new children, supporting parents and knows the children's routines.

Emma covers shifts, helps in any area needed, always helps to make sure her room is shut down for end of day and always has a smile on her face!
