Adults Wing Chun Kung Fu Seminar took place over the weekend and was a great opportunity to train with Sifu Mauro Gibin , the head of Scuola Orientale .
The U.K. instructors all took part and a number of students from the U.K. SCHOOLS.
This knowledge filters down to our students in every class as our Instructors continue to practice , learn and advance their knowledge, skills and understanding

🫵 Beginners Wanted to come along on Thursdays at 7:15pm and learn this Ancient Art that Bruce Lee was taught and the principles and practices of this close quarter combat system of Wing Chun Kung Fu. We teach separate Adults Only classes on Thursdays as well as children’s only classes earlier times (4 years old upwards )
💫 Described as how to fight inside a telephone box . There is a lot to learn and invite you to start your journey.

Nice to present Adult Students with their First grading certificates at last nights class !
This marks their progress and is a reminder of the hard work they have put in over hours of practice attending classes , workshops and seminars to better themselves and move forward on the syllabus of our Wing Chun Kung Fu program in the Scuola Orientale . Well done !! 👊👊🙏
Great weekend full of martial arts practice with a focus on Self Defence in the modern world. Practice of some skills and using martial arts to keep you and your loved ones out of harms way, get you out of trouble and keep you safe. This camp was a great bolt on to regular practice of our system and a deep look at what really happens when you call on your skills and are they effective ? We had a special guest at class last night ! Guru John McCabe took the students through some knife and stick defence concepts & techniques and everyone had good fun - it was a hot evening in the school with a lot of energy . Students could see how using the usual kung fu empty hand defences are applied and used when a weapon is used .
Thanks for the session Guru John , who is visiting from Washington state , USA to take part in our Summer Weekend Self Defence Camp this week. 🙏

Great to be part of an amazing weekend!
Spectacular working with the U.K. team under Sifu Mauro Gibin moving steadily forward and gaining strength after strength and nice to see fruits of the hard work starting to show after group of 9 students finalising their gradings to the last student level in the programme 👊👊👊 well done 👍 🙏
