"Most people spend their time telling others what they need to change"
How easy is it to give advice with no thought process of the implications!... before I say anything ask yourself, "would that be good advice?" Or "would I accept the same advice myself?"
Admittedly sometimes, just sometimes we just need to admit that we need to (take our own advice) instead of giving it right?
